NCRP was originally found in 2020 and in time, gained massive success. The community eventually became one big family and everyone knew everyone. Unfortunately in Mid-2021, after careful consideration, NCRP shut its doors. Everyone thought that was it. However, four years later, NCRP was in a discussion and eventually was announced for the eventual return.

This time around, we strive for better. We strive for realism and community. We strive to make the community a family once more and what we had before, we plan to surpass.
